Seasonal Bill Clerk must have passed the government-accredited educational institute or the degree of undergraduate science, agriculture and engineering at the University
The seasonal helper must have passed the twelfth grade at the government-authorized institute of education.
The Seasonal Watchman must have passed the eighth grade at the government-authorized institute.
